We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will usually be processed within 5-7 business days of ordering and shipped within one day of processing. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
98% of our packages usually arrives at destination address earlier than the estimated timeline.
All items offered are personalized so our products are printed on demand. This means that we print the item/s just for you after receiving your order and payment!
We process orders on business days from Monday to Friday EST, excluding holidays.

For All-Over-Print products (3D products) the production time and shipping time will be longer, about 2-4 weeks. Please refer HERE for more detail information.
Shipping method:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated shipping time as above table.
- Insurance Shipping (Lost, Stolen, Defective, etc.): Standard shipping + Insurance.
- Expedited Shipping: Express DHL takes faster (7-10 business days shipping after processing) for selected products and we will try our best to expand the options.
Shipping carriers:
- First shipping carrier (from the U.S): UPS, USPS, DHL, FEDEX
- Second shipping carrier (if any): Domestic delivery: USPS – International delivery: Local Post
Order tracking:
- You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a tracking link so that you can follow up your order all the way home!
- Please allow 1-3 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system if the tracking number we send you has not been updated.
- The shipping time is estimated as in the table above, please note that the process may be delayed, an issue usually only happens when your tracking number has not been updated for over 10-14 business days.

- Due to Covid-19 situation, the delivery time is affected and may take 14-18 days longer than normal.
